Disclosure

With shades of The Hunt and The Invisible Man, writer/director Michael Bentham has crafted DISCLOSURE to explore the line between truth and lie - and what lies in between. When a 4-year-old girl makes an allegation of sexual assault against the 9-year-old son of a politician, the parents of both are immediately sprung into action: but attempting to tackle the issue civilly soon turns into a tense confrontation none of them are prepared for. Starring Geraldine Hakewill, Tom Wren, Mark Leonard Winter and Matilda Ridgway as the four parents, the couples find that the more accountability is avoided, the more sparks build in the powder-keg created - with Bentham adding fuel to the angry fire by use of single location and slow build.
