Red Sparrow

Reuniting Jennifer Lawrence with Hunger Games director Francis Lawrence, RED SPARROW is a pulsating thriller centred on a dangerous spy network that manipulates young women into becoming deadly assassins.

Prima ballerina Dominika Egorova faces a bleak and uncertain future after she suffers an injury that prematurely ends her promising career at the Bolshoi. But Dominika has skills that others seek to exploit, and she is soon recruited to Sparrow School, a secret intelligence service that trains exceptional young people to use their minds and bodies as weapons, and Dominika emerges as the most dangerous Sparrow after enduring the sadistic training process. As she comes to terms with her new abilities and the deadly world of espionage, Dominika meets a CIA agent (Joel Edgerton) who tries to convince her that he is the only person she can trust.
