The feature debut for acclaimed short film director and actress Rachel Ward, BEAUTIFUL KATE stars Bryan Brown, Ben Mendelsohn and Rachel Griffiths in a moving family drama. Writer Ned (Mendelsohn) returns to his isolated family home to say goodbye to his ill, estranged father (Brown). Reminded of a childhood spent with his twin sister Kate (Sophie Lowe) and other siblings, the difficulty of growing up on the land comes back to Ned as he faces an uncertain professional and personal future.

Director and actress RACHEL WARD will be joined by star BRYAN BROWN and producer LEAH CHURCHILL-BROWN for a screening of Ward’s stunning feature debut, followed by an exclusive Meet The Filmmaker Q&A.
