Tanjiro is a member of the Demon Slayer Corps – a secret society waging an underground war against demons for centuries. Travelling with his sister Nezuko, who has been cursed by a demon and requires a cure, and fellow Demon Slayer Corps members Zenitsu and Inosuke, the four friends meet the legendary warrior Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku aboard a steam train travelling cross-country. Becoming aware that the passenger train is also carrying evil beings, the Demon Slayer Corps must overcome a series of trials that blur the lines between asleep and awake to not only save the innocents aboard, but also one another.
