French screen icon Isabelle Huppert stars in one of the top films at this year’s Alliance Française French Film Festival - THE GODMOTHER. Directed by Jean-Paul Salomé, Huppert plays an underpaid and overworked police translator who - using her advantage of narcotics ring intel - decides on a career change: becoming a drug dealer going by the street name of “Mama Weed”.
