Saturday Night

At 11:30pm on October 11, 1975, a ferocious troupe of young comedians and writers changed television culture forever. Directed by Jason Reitman (Juno, Up In The Air), SATURDAY NIGHT is based on the incredible but true story of what happened behind the scenes in the ninety minutes leading up to the first broadcast of iconic sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live. 

Gabriel LaBelle (The Fabelmans) stars as SNL creator Lorne Michaels, facing off against network gatekeepers David Tebet (Willem Dafoe), Milton Berle (JK Simmons) and NBC titan Johnny Carson, as he seeks to create TV history. Co-starring Rachel Sennott, Dylan O'Brien, Cooper Hoffman, Matt Wood, Cory Michael Smith and Matthew Rhys.
